Maryland Buyer Costs assumes transfer taxes are split between buyer and seller and uses title insurance rates based on an Enhanced Owners Policy. Rates are subject to change.

Maryland Buyer Costs does not include typical lender fees if buyer is financing the purchase due to the wide variance in fees and prepaids charged. For the most accurate estimate, include the fees in this app to those on the buyer’s Good Faith Estimate (less transfer taxes, recording costs, title services, and title insurance).

Maryland Buyer Costs is designed only to provide a generalized estimate for purposes of planning and negotiation. Individual title offices fees and individual circumstances vary greatly. The figures displayed in this app SHOULD NOT be relied upon for accurate final closing costs.
